At long last some updates from the Scooby zone. I apologize for her long absence.
We suffered a fatal computer melt down BUT an angel provided us with the means to
continue on in the form of an amazing laptop. Scooby's prayer request page MUST go
on!
I will add more pictures later but I thought you all have waited long enough to see how
she's doing these days. I'll even tell you all about our misunderstanding involving a
flying squirrel!! It resulted in physical and mental anguish for me (only for a day but it
was horrible) and Scooby showing her wild side. Never forget... these critters ARE
wild at heart!

A brief explanation of the photos below....
Every evening I give Scooby a bit of yogurt on a spoon. I bring a (one) paper towel in for
any drippage. After eating her yogurt she then stuffs the paper towel in her mouth and
brings it to her nest hammock where she shreds it for bedding.
I figured after awhile she would run out of room so I started ripping just a small piece of
towel for our nightly ritual. Scooby was visibly annoyed by the towel rationing but
accepted it well enough.
Well last night (4/25/08) I was doing my weekly cleaning and I brought an entire roll of paper
towels into the room. Well Scooby's eyes lit up! I left the room for a moment and came back
in to find her stuffing towels directly off the roll into her mouth. She just kept unrolling and
unrolling. I stood there watching waiting for the roll to finally let go of the towels. Eventually
she ripped her treasure free of the roll and then looked at me as if to say "You don't think I
can get from this bed to my cage with all this in my mouth do you??". I extended my hand
and she jumped in so I could taxi her to her room for the restocking of the bedding.

After all this time and even though she's all grown up, Scooby still snuggles with me
every night. She would sleep in my hands for hours if I'd let her. I still can't help kissing
her little toes and just about squishing her to pieces. Really she has me totally wrapped

I tried, unsuccessfully to upload video today. The files are too big. The footage
was just a minute of Scooby playing with me. I was disappointed. I have to get a
good tutorial on how to make the video file smaller and all that jazz. I'm techno
challenged.
